Steve is a senior corporate finance executive with a demonstrable record of leadership success developing, growing and managing large scale financial operations and professionalizing startup company operations.   His firm responsibilities include:  Accounting, tax, portfolio valuation, financial reporting, investor reporting, and office operations for the firm including administrative and general infrastructure requirements.   Provides investment funding advice, monitoring of portfolio company performance, investor relations, firm distributions, and administrative activities of the firm.  Steve earned his BBA and MBA from Baylor University and currently resides in Seattle.
